RIPPASHOT™ is The Baseball Candy Co., creating authentic Swedish candy designed specifically for baseball fields, players, teams, families, and fans. We believe baseball deserves candy made just for the game — something players can share between innings, families can pass around in the stands, and teammates can remember long after the final out. Our premium apparel and original anthem, The Sweet Spot, grew from that same mission: helping people reconnect with the feeling of baseball.

We believe sharing candy should become as much a baseball tradition as sunflower seeds and bubble gum.

Our Founder

RIPPASHOT was founded by Jackie Cederberg, a registered nurse who set out to build something baseball had never truly had before: The Baseball Candy Co.

The story began years earlier with a cheer her mom shouted from the stands at every one of her little brother Nic's Little League games.

"Rip a shot!"

Nic, the team's left-handed first baseman, grew up to become an Oregon State Trooper, but those three words never left Jackie.

In 2022, they became a song.

Jackie wrote The Sweet Spot as a love letter to baseball — the summer nights, the stadium lights, and the feeling that keeps people coming back to the game year after year. She held onto the song for four years before finally asking a stadium to play it.

One stadium said yes in under two hours.

Standing in the ballpark that night, Jackie realized the song was only the beginning.

Baseball had jerseys. Baseball had hats. Baseball had bubble gum. But it didn't have a candy company built just for the game.

So she created one.

Today, RIPPASHOT brings that same feeling to baseball through authentic Swedish dugout candy, premium apparel, and the anthem that started it all.

The Song That Started It All

It found its first home at a Hillsboro Hops game and has played for crowds ever since, reminding us that sometimes a song can feel like home.

Looking Ahead

As we grow, that includes creating fundraising opportunities for baseball and softball teams, schools, and leagues, making it easier for communities to support the game while creating memories that last long after the final out.
